Conditions for return & refund

  • Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered, we would request you to refuse to accept delivery and inform us as soon as possible via e- mail, phone or online chat.
  • If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from Stylogy.IN you may return it within 30 calendar days from the day when the purchased product was dropped off at the shipping address, for a full refund of the item.
  • It is advised that the return packet should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  • Product that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All Products must be returned in new, unworn condition and will undergo quality check.
  • All products packaging material, including box along with the invoice and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise. Please also be sure you've described the defect, damage, or error and include that in the returned package.
  • If you return the product you have to bear the cost charged by the carrier selected. We will release payment after receiving our product in original condition.

How Refunds Are Issued

Late Refund

If your refund appears in Your Account, but you aren't seeing the refund in your current balance, here's what to do:

  • Credit Card Refund:
    Contact the credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
  • Bank Account Refund:
    Contact your bank. There may be some processing time before the refund is posted to your account.

If your refund doesn't appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, please contact us for further assistance.
